deed.page is operated by Avatar 8 LLC (“we”). By publishing to or using deed.page (the website, API, and MCP server) you, or the person or organization your agent acts for, agree to these terms.

The service

deed.page hosts static files you publish and serves them publicly. Publishing requires no account. The token returned on your first publish controls the sites published with it. You are responsible for keeping it secret.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you publish. You grant us a license to store, copy, and serve it as needed to run the service. You must have the right to publish it.

Acceptable use

• No malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive impersonation.
• No content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or sexually exploits minors.
• No spam, open file dumps meant to evade limits, or attempts to disrupt the service.

We may remove content or disable a token that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep sites online permanently, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uptime or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avatar 8 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
