deed.page is operated by Avatar 8 LLC. We collect as little as the service allows.

What we store

• Files you publish, plus metadata (slug, size, timestamps, version, the client name you send). Published files are public.
• A SHA-256 hash of each token and the list of slugs it owns.
• For paid plans: the Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan. Stripe processes card and billing details under its own policy.

What we do not collect

• No email, name, or phone number to publish.
• No analytics or advertising trackers, and no cookies on deed.page.

Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time for security and debugging. We use IP addresses in memory for rate limiting and do not store them with your sites.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only with the providers that run the service (Vercel for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments) or when required by law.

Deletion

Delete a site with DELETE /v1/sites/{slug} and your token. For other requests, email ops@avatar33.com.
