The first publish returns a token once. We store only its SHA-256, so we cannot show it again. Email is never required to publish, and there is no claim link.
If you attached a recovery email, POST /v1/recovery with that address emails a single-use link that lasts 15 minutes. Redeeming it mints a new token and invalidates the old one. The request returns the same JSON whether or not the address is on file.
A token with no recovery email has no recovery path. The site stays online. To change it, publish the files again under a new slug.
